There's no strict limit, you are welcome to have as many guests as you can safely fit.
The Photo Booth opens to all guests at the beginning of Cocktail Hour, and the we stop accepting guests that aren't already in line 5 minutes prior to the conclusion of the event. (This 5 minute early closure is intended to encourage guests to enjoy the last song of the night together on the dance floor)
Absolutely! We provide many fun props at no extra charge.
Here is our selection from a June 2026 wedding! It is important to know that since props are high wear items, they eventually reach an end of service life and get replaced with something new. This means our exact inventory changes over time, and certain props you see on this website may not be available at your wedding. If you see a specific prop you are excited about, feel free to reach out, and I can verify that it is still.
Sure, Why Not! But at your own risk. The Lakeside DJ Services Staff and Hidden Creek staff are not responsible for these items. We strongly advise you not to use any items of high financial or sentimental value as props. Your guests will be using these props in a high energy environment not far from the dance floor. It is not at all uncommon for props to be dropped, spilled on or lost.
Basically, but not entirely. Most operational pauses are actually done strategically. Wedding receptions typically include several particularly important moments. We don't want guests to be distracted from these special moments by the photo booth. This means that we briefly pause operations for events like the grand entrance, special dances, and speeches.
If someone comes up for a photo session during one of those moments, we politely explain to them that we don't want to distract from that moment, and encourage them to come back after that particular activity has concluded. The only other interruptions you may notice are for technical things such as a printer paper swap. These technical Interruptions are very uncommon, and typically resolved within 15 minutes.
